People should not establish or build temporary memorials on the sides of roads, highways, etc. My sympathy is directed towards all family members of the recent death of the young man playing the guitar and singing a song to respect the memory of his friend and then he is killed by a hit and run driver. Help. Let common sense come into play next time.
